Many times we are able to provide an accurate estimate over the phone to give you an idea of cost and time associated with your project.

Grunt-Work honors estimates! If we provide you an estimate for services, we provide the junk hauling for the price quoted. We do not hide fees, service charges or additionals to be added on after job completion. If you were provided an estimate over the phone or e-mail, that price may need to be adjusted once we have eyes on your job. This adjustment would happen BEFORE work has begun. Once we start hauling off your junk, we honor the price quoted.

Grunt-Work not only hauls your unwanted items and junk to the landfill, we also focus on donating any and all items that may be re-used to those who need it. We frequently donate to Goodwill, Salvation Army, and the Habi Store so you can rest assured that any items you no longer need but are still serviceable will be donated to those less fortunate.

Grunt-Work is able to provide debris removal and Clean-up Services for large scale jobs. Whether you’re developing a property for new construction, cleaning up a newly purchased plot of land or need to remove junk and debris from a house or apartment you’re moving into or out of, Grunt-Work is the company for you.

We have experience working with county cleanup mandates to remove debris from your property within the timeline provided.

Grunt-Work has extensive experience servicing REO and Foreclosure properties. We know what needs to be removed, what usually stays with a property, and we are well versed in taking before during and after photos for clients.

We generally come in $10-$20 per cubic yard under common mortgage approval rates for debris removal. Grunt-Work is also able to bid and perform landscape and some improvement services to get your property ready for re-sale.

Grunt-Work has yet to encounter a clean out job too large for us to handle. With experienced heavy equipment operators, landscape workers and good relationships with local roll-off and sub-contracting companies, there is no job too big for us to handle for you.
